Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from OLIRA. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@oliraamsterdam.nl with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@oliraamsterdam.nl.
