Conditions for Return / Exchange

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Send an email to support@oliraamsterdam.nl with the subject: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
2. Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps and the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
